2026 Leadership Retreat Registration Form

Join Professor Leslie DeChurch for a six-day, five-night leadership retreat in Florence—the heart of the Renaissance. This immersive program blends leadership workshops with curated cultural excursions, designed exclusively for the MSC and MSLCE community.

Current Students
Enroll in MSC or MSLCE 529-0: Global Leadership: Lessons from the Renaissance (1 credit) during the Winter Quarter. Online asynchronous sessions will be held in January and February, followed by the immersive Florence program. Students must: (a) register and pay tuition for the course as usual, and (b) pay the program fee. Both are required. Students not wishing to earn course credit can enroll in the certificate option below.

Alumni
Earn the Renaissance Leadership Certificate by completing at least five of the six core workshops, and leave with a tailored leadership action plan.

• Luxury accommodations at Hotel Savoy, Florence (5 nights)

Pricing Per Person

• $7,500 (single room)
• $5,000 (double room)
• Open to current students, alumni and their partners/spouses/friends. Attending guests are encouraged to participate fully throughout the week.

Timeline

• STUDENTS: November 11: $2,000 non-refundable deposit due at registration
• ALUMNI: December 1: $2,000 non-refundable deposit due at registration
• December 15: Registration confirmed; participants encouraged to book airfare
• February 1: Remaining balance due ($5,500 for single room or $3,000 for double room)

Important Details

• Seat is not confirmed until deposit received
• Minimum of 10 participants required (deposit refunded if not met)
• Do not book airfare until trip is confirmed by December 15
• Participants must sign a liability waiver with the final payment
• Double-room participants need to find their own roommate
• Alumni must attend at least 5 workshops to earn the Renaissance Leadership Certificate
